Working together…
Welcome to a space where you will be met where you are, in a comfortable and supportive environment, from the very beginning. You don’t need to justify your pain, compare it to anyone else’s, or struggle through each day at the expense of your mental health. Together, let’s focus on understanding and identifying the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and build the tools needed to create the positive, lasting change you long for.
I work especially well with college students, creatives and professionals navigating intense anxiety, OCD, and stress related to college and career issues, loneliness and perfectionism, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity exploration.
My approach is collaborative and action-oriented, grounded in mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic work. We build psychological flexibility and practical tools that help you respond differently to stress, shift unhelpful patterns, and enliven your relationships and day-to-day life.
Rooted in my identity as a Jewish woman and shaped by my experience with college students in Rwanda, I bring cultural sensitivity, curiosity, and deep respect to each person’s story into the therapy room. And as a lifelong lover of both science and art, I believe in using creative and scientifically proven approaches to help you feel deeply understood and empowered to grow.
Education and Experience…
I am currently completing my graduate training in Mental Health Counseling & Wellness at New York University, where I am developing advanced clinical skills across a range of evidence-based and depth-oriented modalities.
My academic foundation includes two bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Art & Design from the University of Michigan. This unique blend of studies shapes my view of the world as both a scientist and an artist, seeing its beauty and having a passion to understand everything it has to offer.
Prior to NYU, I spent three years mentoring students in Rwanda, supporting them through the college application process with both practical guidance and emotional support. I also served as a leader for MoodLifters, a peer-led mental health group, where I facilitated structured, evidence-based interventions to help students navigate anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges.
Finances should never be a barrier to excellent mental health care.
