Working Together…
If you’re a master of hiding your true self, silently managing anxiety or OCD, self-doubt, symptoms of trauma or grief, I can help you untangle these complex feelings and reconnect with the life you long for. Through our work, you’ll learn to make changes you never thought possible while developing new ways of thinking and feeling so you can thrive, not just survive.
I help high-achieving clients move through grief and loss, identity struggles, relationship challenges, and major life transitions by identifying what’s keeping them stuck and actively reshaping the patterns and beliefs that no longer serve them. With curiosity, compassion, and depth, we’ll pinpoint what’s fueling your stuckness and establish a more grounded, supportive approach that strengthens self-esteem and reduces shame, guilt, anger, and loneliness.
Using a blend of mindfulness-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts work), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), you’ll gain practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change. This values-driven approach empowers you to live with greater intention and purpose, building a life you love – on your own terms.
My greatest clinical strength is my authenticity. I show up fully as myself and welcome you to do the same. As daunting as it may sound, this is how we get through to the other side of change with humor, heart and courage.
Education and Experience…
After earning a BA in Political Science and Government in 2016, I moved to New York to pursue a career in advocacy. Through my work in various helping roles I came to realize that I wanted to make a more direct and meaningful impact in people’s lives.
From there, I received my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from New York University. My academic journey solidified my clinical perspective, sparking a particular interest in the intersectionality of culture and identity, self-work systems thinking, and culturally responsive care.
Prior to joining Sentient, I conducted evidence-based, multiculturally-focused psychotherapy at the Soho Center with adult clients coping with grief, cross-cultural dynamics and life transitions, as well as provided clinical supervision and mentorship to early career psychotherapists.
