It’s exhausting hiding parts of who you are and second-guessing yourself. Carrying an urgent sense that something isn’t quite right but unable to pinpoint why, you end up on survival mode: overthinking, overwhelmed, anxious and disconnected.

Together, let’s identify what’s actually keeping you stuck and work actively to shift it. Through concrete, behavioral interventions and real-time insight, we’ll create changes you can feel. Helping you take clearer action, and relate to yourself with more honesty and compassion, you can move towards a life that feels more aligned, connected, and fully your own.

I work well with high-performing college students, professionals, and couples navigating high-stress lives and experiencing intense anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and depression. Meeting in-person, face to face, your nervous system can finally relax while you develop the psychological flexibility needed to thrive in New York.

My approach is relational, straightforward, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. Using CBT, Mindfulness-based techniques and psychodynamic therapy, I create a space that is both supportive and engaged, where you can feel safe enough to do the deeper work needed to get unstuck.

As an EMDR therapist, I help clients move through the traumatic experiences that still live in the body – memories that feel unfinished, beliefs that feel fixed, patterns that won’t let go.

And as a queer-identified woman, I’m committed to providing an affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients who want to experience their therapist as a true ally.

Let’s move beyond surface-level coping and begin building the capacity for a more energized and authentic life.

Education and Experience…

I received my Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology and my Master’s in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, where I developed a foundation in person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT).

I later expanded my work at the Soho Center, deepening my knowledge of somatic approaches, motivational interviewing (MI), and psychodynamic therapy.

Living in New York City, I appreciate both the creativity and possibility the city offers, as well as the loneliness and pressure that can come with it. I’m passionate about supporting clients as they navigate these complexities and build lives that feel more connected, intentional, and fulfilling.
